Reminds us of Blackberry and vanilla, tangerine and orange citrus, jasmine like florals (light roast) A pink bourbon variety that is honey processed = Pink Honey! This coffee was grown by Elias and Shady Bayter in Tolima, Colombia. We’ve had quite a few of their coffees on our menu before, including the current Gouch collab coffee! A very complex and layered coffee with a lot going on in a good way. Lively, bright and juicy, with a vanilla cream finish!
