This natural processed coffee from Elto Coffee in Sidama, Ethiopia, is bright and complex, opening with sweet grapefruit and juicy nectarine, leading into a subtle maple leaf–like tea finish. This is clean for a natural, but you will still find some held in cherry in the cup, so we rated it 1.25/5 on the funk scale. Produced at elevations of 2200–2300 meters, this lot features heirloom varietals 74110, 74112, 74158, and 74165. Cherries are naturally processed, dried on raised beds.
