We bought this before we finished tasting it. This Wush Wush from Risaralda, Colombia is the coffee that made us immediately pick up the phone. The smell of the strawberry notes during sample roasting were enough to know we wanted more, but tasting it sealed the deal. Grown at 1900 MASL and processed through anaerobic fermentation twice, first in cherry then after pulping. What comes out is raspberry, strawberry, peach and white chocolate notes. All in one coffee.
